1. Warranty Period

Momfann offers a 12-month product replacement warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

Free Warranty Extension: Customers who subscribe to our email list are eligible for an extended 18-month warranty at no additional cost.

📌 If you purchased your Momfann product from another platform or third-party seller, please refer to that seller’s warranty terms.


2. Warranty Coverage

To qualify for warranty service, you must provide the following:

✔ A valid order number from the Momfann official store
✔ A sales invoice or order confirmation showing the product, price, and purchase details

📌 The warranty is valid only in the country of original purchase and may not apply if the product is shipped to another country.


3. What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect is found and a valid claim is received, Momfann will replace the defective product at no additional cost.


4. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to issues resulting from:

❌ Improper use, handling, or installation
❌ Accidents, misuse, or negligence
❌ Natural disasters (e.g., floods, fires, earthquakes)
❌ Use in commercial or non-household environments
❌ Unauthorized modifications or repairs
❌ Use with incompatible power supplies or accessories
❌ Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear


5. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective and eligible for warranty service, please email us at 📧 admin@momfann.com with the following information:

  • Your order ID

  • Your product model or name

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

📌 In some cases, we may request that the item be returned for quality inspection before issuing a replacement.


6. Claim Review & Resolution

Once we receive your warranty claim, our team will review it within 2–5 business days. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution promptly. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.


7. Non-Warranty Repairs

If your issue is not covered under the warranty, we may still be able to help! We offer affordable repair or replacement services for out-of-warranty issues. A cost estimate will be provided for your approval before any charges are applied.
