Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If all items are in stock, orders placed before 4 PM are usually shipped the same day.

We ship from our warehouses in the U.S., Hong Kong, and Europe. The closest warehouse with available stock will be selected to ensure the fastest delivery time possible.

Order Tracking & Delivery

  • You'll receive an order confirmation email within 48 hours after placing your order.
  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on stock and warehouse availability.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of placement.
  • After an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
  • If a wrong address is provided and the package is lost, the customer is fully responsible, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Customs & Import Fees

Most orders ship from our global warehouses, including locations in the U.S., Hong Kong, and Europe. While most shipments arrive smoothly, please be aware that additional customs or import fees may apply depending on your country.
